Welcome to KDF Mart. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and mobile applications, including the Customer App, Store App, and Deliveryman App (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to KDF Mart’s website and mobile applications.

  • “User” refers to customers, store partners, and delivery partners using the Platform.

  • “Customer” means a user placing food or grocery orders.

  • “Store/Restaurant” means merchants listing products on the Platform.

  • “Deliveryman” means delivery partners fulfilling orders.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform

  • By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete

3. User Accounts

  • Users must create an account to access certain features

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility

KDF Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Platform Services

KDF Mart provides a technology platform that:

  • Connects customers with nearby stores/restaurants

  • Facilitates order placement and delivery

  • Enables delivery tracking and notifications

KDF Mart does not manufacture, prepare, or own the products sold by stores unless explicitly stated.

5. Orders & Payments

5.1 Orders

  • Orders placed through the Platform are subject to availability

  • Stores are responsible for product quality, pricing, and preparation

5.2 Payments

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways

  • KDF Mart does not store card or bank details

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled before preparation begins

  • Refund eligibility depends on order status, store policy, and payment provider rules

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method

7. Delivery Services

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact details

  • Be available to receive orders

Deliveryman Responsibilities

  • Pick up orders from assigned stores/restaurants

  • Deliver orders safely and within a reasonable time

  • Follow traffic laws and safety guidelines

KDF Mart is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or incorrect customer information.

8. Store / Restaurant Responsibilities

Stores agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing

  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and compliance with local laws

  • Fulfill orders promptly once accepted

9. Location Services

  • Location access is required for order delivery and tracking

  • Deliveryman background location is used only during active deliveries

  • Users may disable location access, but some features may not function properly

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Interfere with platform security or functionality

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

11. Account Suspension & Termination

KDF Mart may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

  • Required by law or authorities

Users may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform belong to KDF Mart or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
KDF Mart does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • KDF Mart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant service

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless KDF Mart from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of the Platform

  • Breach of applicable laws

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to Terms

KDF Mart may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be effective once posted on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
